JOINING THE SOCIETY 

 

Membership of the Society is open to anyone although it is designed primarily to serve the needs of people who live in the Westbury on Trym area.

The Society membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March. Membership includes 3 free Newsletters per year, reduced entry to WOTSoc organised events (example - monthly talks £1 members, £2 non-members).  

Subscriptions are:      

£10 per member
                              
                              £8 usual concessions (seniors, students)

                            £12 per couple, household and non profit making organisations
  
                             £17 per corporate/business (profit making)

To become a member please print the enrolment/renewal form and return it with your subscription to the address given.

GIFT AID: If you are a tax payer please consider completing a gift aid form, it will cost you nothing but as a registered charity the Society can reclaim the tax. Further information on Gift Aid is given below. 

If you pay by Standing Order and have not already gift aided your subscription then please consider filling in the separate gift aid form.

·If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief on your self-assessment return.
·If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income, you must cancel your declaration by informing the Westbury-on-Trym Society.
·You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the Westbury-on-Trym Society. No reason is needed or expected.
